Each Caran d'Ache 849 fountain pen is made of aluminum for a durable pen that resists impacts and lasts. Fitted with a stainless steel nib and compatible with Chromatics cartridge. The Caran d'Ache 849 fountain pen comes with one ink cartridge and you can add a standard international ink converter if you want to use bottled ink.
