Dreaming Starry Night Limited Edition

The design of the collection is inspired by Van Gogh’s famous impasto brushstrokes which, through the application of thick layers of oil paint, gave his masterpieces their characteristic vibrant effect. To recreate this feeling, the barrel and cap of the Dreaming Starry Night pen are crafted using the ancient sculptural technique of lost-wax silver casting. This way, by touching the pen, one can feel the ridges and swirls that characterize Van Gogh’s works. On this silver micro-cast base, an enamel layer is applied, recreating the most famous work of the Dutch painter: The Starry Night. Each pen is meticulously hand-enameled by master artisans to pay homage to Van Gogh’s pictorial mastery.
